Utari, Co-Founder Aruna berkesempatan menjadi speakers di ajang perhelatan 2019 Global Conference Women & Entrepreneurship yang mengusung tema #SheMadeTheWorld di Ghuangzhou, China.
China, Aruna – Global Conference Women & Entrepreneurship 2019 menjadi salah satu event yang membawa nama Aruna di kancah Internasional. Utari, Co-Founder Aruna berkesempatan menjadi Speakers di acara tersebut bersanding dengan beberapa wanita kebanggaan dunia yaitu Melinda Gates, Guo Jingjing, Jessica Rudd dan ada pula Najwa Shihab & Lizie Parra yang juga menjadi Speakers di GCWE 2019.
Tema tahun ini mengangkat #SheMadeTheWorld, dengan tema ini Utari yang hadir langsung di Guangzhou, China dan juga berada sepanggung dengan Jack Ma (Founder Alibaba Group) menunjukkan aksi nyatanya dalam menggerakkan perubahan di wilayah pesisir terutama program pemberdayaan wanita pesisir Indonesia.
Peran wanita di dunia pesisir menjadi pokok bahasan Utari pada GCWE 2019. Pada kesempatan ini juga, Utari ingin membangkitkan kesadaran bagi seluruh dunia bahwa banyak sekali hal yang perlu kita perhatikan untuk menjaga sustainability perikanan di dunia, ikut andil dalam menjaga ekosistem laut serta mengurangi penggunaan sampah plastik yang sulit terurai alami. Program pemberdayaan bagi wanita pesisir ini disambut bangga tidak hanya nasional tapi juga Internasional, sehingga menjadi penyemangat tidak hanya bagi Utari tapi juga Nakama Aruna.

China, Aruna – 2019 Global Conference on Women & Entrepreneurship is one of the events that carry the name Aruna on the international. Utari, Aruna’s Co-Founder had the opportunity to become a Speakers at the event alongside a number of the world’s proud women, Melinda Gates, Guo Jingjing, Jessica Rudd and there were also Najwa Shihab & Lizie Parra who also became Speakers at GCWE 2019.
This year’s theme raised #SheMadeTheWorld, with this theme Utari who was present directly in Guangzhou, China and also on stage with Jack Ma (Founder of the Alibaba Group) demonstrating his real action in driving change in the coastal area especially the empowerment program for coastal women in Indonesia.
The role of women in the coastal world is Utari’s main topic at GCWE 2019. On this occasion, Utari also wants to raise awareness for the whole world that there are many things that we need to pay attention to maintaining the sustainability of fisheries in the world, contributing to protecting marine ecosystems and reducing waste use plastic that is difficult to decompose naturally. This empowerment program for coastal women is proudly welcomed not only nationally but also internationally, so that it becomes an encouragement not only for Utari but also Nakama Aruna.
